Service Description

Each session is individual to you and usually lasts around 4 to 5 hours BUT can be longer, so please allow for this. (My booking system shows 6 hours as the maximum time, but sessions have been longer). Following your session, I will download the recording, remove the hypnosis part and email your session to you using WeTransfer. This recording is part of your healing and so it is important that you listen at least once as there may be valuable information for you, that you may not have remembered. Some people remember everything, but others very little, which is why hearing your voice back can be so powerful. Especially when you are receiving answers to your questions. I still listen to my own session every few months, even though it is almost 2 years old now! What are the benefits of a session? These are actually limitless, but it does usually depend on your journey in this lifetime. We can ask your Higher-Self to do a Body Scan to identify and heal misalignments in your body, remove non-serving energy, realign and balance chakras and so much more. In a previous session, a client asked for healing for pain in their right knee. Healing was given, but 'they' will often tell you that you need some discomfort as it a message for you to pay attention to something. The right side of the body usually signifies now or the near future or masculine energy. The knee is needed to help you walk and move forward in life. So, when I asked why the client needed the discomfort, we were told that it is a message that something in their life was blocking them moving forward in life and to deal with it!
